The Constitution: We The People

I, Elena Flores invite everyone to sign the Constitution of the United States regardless of what country your in for spiritual healing and protection for your people. As a adult I adopted the countries, world, space, and universe to the United States. I am not asking for permission, I am letting everyone be aware of my actions, due to how the different races their cultures are affected when there children enter the United States and the impact that they encounter distance wise and as a family. The war or any war going on will stop and regulation will happen spiritually that can feel as if you are in a war. I am not sorry for adopting everyone and everything is you would like me to say sorry just to say it then I will but it will not mean anything. It is like how people use the word I apologize in business. It is not a sorry, your apologizing to shut the other person up professionally. It is the nice way of saying fuck you I did it anyways. I take full responsibility for my actions, I am aware of what I just did.

My generation was taught we have freedom of speech, I am aware of my rights, and that we stand for freedom and for unity. Put your money where your mouth is then if we as a country want to stand with integrity and leadership then it will not be a problem to have the others use the constitution and only replace United States with their countries names. I said, they can do it. What does anyone want to do about it? Do not go there with me you will lose. We will not be in war or go to war for anyones arguments anymore! Grow up and fight your own battles one on one, if not back down if not you will get hurt. It is not a threat it is a promise. This has been protected by body, mind, spirit, and soul. The fact is I am not your mama I am the protector of all, everything is everything by light to the night from good or the bad thru hell and heaven. I will be the protector forever teaching others my ways for guidance even the entertainers that appear in digital that are there for a job need protection and back up throughout our life. You cannot treat children like children forever they become adults and the protectors need to realize that they need to think about the future youth more. Even the protectors of digital needed to be regulated, I included myself no one was left out. We all going through it no exceptions.

Once I they come for me the company I worked for that did not take account or report the incident to go through everything the right way will not be able to know who are gifted they will need to take account for their actions and collect all the paperwork that took place from the start of the employees employment and the management they had and their managers management timeline. Once all paperwork and accountability takes place their actions on how they moved forward and who was involved in the decisions for the other employees that were let go and paid a severance package and who did not receive it. It will be noted and a file will be created and kept through the FBI. The FBI will need to open office all over the world. Since they will be working with the department of labor, polices, sheriffs, bail bonds and other businesses within the government and that deal with the courts and jails/ prisons. Since this has happen not only to me and to others all businesses regardless of the situation will be notified by the FBI when an employee will go through the performance review process. Once they are given the choices of going to school, what is their dream job, hobbies, go on business trips, become an entertainer, be an athlete, or would they like to retire. Retiring the employee will go over investments they would be looking into and will go over their savings, 401k, and stock income once for income amount to be known. The choices of retirement is only when the FBI notifies the business. The businesses will have to report performance reviews prior to starting them to receive update on employees leadership skills for their unique hobby interest.

Learning Strategies


After doing research on the way learning strategies can identified three strategies that would be beneficial to us as students which are communication, research-based on information in front of you, and what is the goal of the what you are learning.

My favorite quotes is from Margaret Lee Runbeck:

“Learning is always rebellion… Every bit of new truth discovered is revolutionary to what was believed before.”

I choose communication as one of the ways of strategic learning because that is a way of understanding what is being taught to an individual. The other way of learning is based on researching information such as using google or reading a book to better understand the task. Last but not least is what is the task assignment goal of what is being learned? That is the most important information you need. Make sure you understand the goal of an assignment if not ask questions to your instructor.

How I came to my conclusion, is based on how I learn on every day bases. How I plan on setting a goal to achieve my success. Since I have been taught that you will never be perfect since there is always room for growth. You can also know something but it’s better to listen than to hear I know. Sometimes silence is better than saying anything, no one wants to teach someone that knows everything.

Dr. Seuss could not have said it better, when he said:

“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own, and you know what you know. And you are the guy who’ll decide where to go.”

To establish a strategy in the way you learn starts in how you listen to others when they speak to you, there body language, and in the way they describe a setting or situation in the way they write. Remember that you are always wrong, never right. That your opinion matters. Do not forget to ask questions. If you get upset, get over it and find a solution. Always keep moving and busy. Challenge yourself everyday by finding something to do. Always help others and remember hard work pays off.

In time and I hope with out such a challenging life or pain. You can be where I am at in my life. Laughing at everyone that says you are dumb and knowing you do not have to prove it to define yourself.

10 Leadership Rules I Follow

  1. You always have a choice, recognize the difference between your options and opinions.
  2. What you want to believe and what it is are two separate things
  3. Yes can lead to new opportunities

  4. Saying No is another form of feedback not push back

  5. You can always buy, replace, choose new, old material things, realize that people are not one of them.

Human Metrics Jung Typology


After completing my personality test, I came to be very pleased with my outcome. My personality characteristics appear to have marginal or no (1%) preference of judging over perceiving that my type applies to both ENFJ & ENFP.

ENFJ type resulted in E= Extravert (31%), iNtuitive (34%), Feeling (22%), and Judging (1%). The moderate preference of Extraversion over Introversion (31%) & Intuition over Sensing (34%), is overall very true because I have a flexible quality that I even cannot explain & have a passion on that situation does not make that person right. It must do with thee your right theirs from all the rest. The marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%), only because we are all human and no one makes the right decisions different. Knowing my worth is not a question because I know I’m worth more than most. It’s not the cost that matters at the end of the day, it is always the result that does and how many people it helped. The slight preference of Feeling over Thinking (22%), this happens to be true only when I feel rushed or passionate about a situation, or when someone is approaching, to find that silver lining that I have moved from project to get the next project to my satisfaction if you are not considerate of the situation your result of solving the problem will not be heard even if you had the correct opinion. That will also put you in the wrong if overlooked. Right is right and wrong is wrong. No matter how right you want to be you will always be wrong. Wrong cannot be right but being right can be wrong these are words I live by a wrong and a right but even if affec ted

ENFJs are, by definition, J’s, with whom we associate organization and decisiveness. But they don’t resemble the SJs or even the NTJs in the organization of the environment nor occasional recalcitrance. ENFJs are organized in the arena of interpersonal affairs. Their offices may or may not be cluttered, but their conclusions (reached through feelings) about people and motives are drawn much more quickly and are more resilient than those of their NFP counterparts.

Functional Analysis of ENFJ
Extraverted Feeling – Extraverted Feeling rules the ENFJ’s psyche. In the sway of this rational function, these folks are predisposed to closure in matters pertaining to people, and especially on behalf of their beloved. As extraverts, their contacts are wide ranging. Face-to-face relationships are intense, personable and warm, though they may be so infrequently achieved that intimate friendships are rare.

Introverted iNtuition – Like their INFJ cousins, ENFJs are blessed through introverted intuition with clarity of perception in the inner, unconscious world. Dominant Feeling prefers to find the silver lining in even the most beggarly perceptions of those in their expanding circle of friends and, of course, in themselves. In less balanced individuals, such mitigation of the unseemly eventually undermines the ENFJ’s integrity and frequently their good name. In healthier individuals, deft use of this awareness of the inner needs and desires of others enables this astute type to win friends, influence people, and avoid compromising entanglements.

The dynamic nature of their intuition moves ENFJs from one project to another with the assurance that the next one will be perfect, or much more nearly so than the last. ENFJs are continually looking for newer and better solutions to benefit their extensive family, staff, or organization.

Extraverted Sensing – Sensing is extraverted. ENFJs can manage details, particularly those necessary to implement the prevailing vision. These data have, however, a magical flexible quality. Something to be bought can be had for a song; the same something is invaluable when it’s time to sell. (We are not certain, but we suspect that such is the influence of the primary function.) This wavering of sensory perception is made possible by the weaker and less mature status with which the tertiary is endowed.

Introverted Thinking – Introverted Thinking is least apparent and most enigmatic of this type. In fact, it often appears only when summoned by Feeling. At times only in jest, but in earnest, if need be, Thinking entertains as logical only those conclusions which support Feeling’s values. Other scenarios can be shown invalid or at best significantly inferior. Such “Thinking in the service of Feeling” has the appearance of logic, but somehow it never quite adds up.

Introverted Thinking is frequently the focus of the spiritual quest of ENFJs. David’s lengthiest psalm, 119, pays it homage. “Law,” “precept,” “commandment,” “statute:” these essences of inner thinking are the mysteries of Deity for which this great Feeler’s soul searched.

Identification Cards For Social Network Sites

Social networks are great to do multiple things. The usage has been misused for fake press, catfishing people, and misleading information with inappropriate behavior. This said, I believe and suggest social media sites create idenification cards that generate a generic number after inputing your DMV idenification number or Passport number to avoid fake accounts.

Generating an idenification card or making the banners that we currently use to account for individuals by age and location. I strongly believe social sites should consider this because it would also keep the youth well rounded. These days there is no boundaries to who can open an account anywhere.

By creating boundaries to the social meadia sites, we could know that the youth is not encountering sexual assault. Yes, the youth should have a voice that’s why they should go to the DMV and get an idenification card. The sites would be better monitored and accounted for if it was initiated. They are young adults lets lead them to want an idenification card or license. Let’s lead them without having to tell them or bug them to get it done.

Idenification cards would have their names, birthday without year, country, a generated number, and photo with the logo of the site on it to show ownership of the site. This way the companies could dispose of profiles that are misused and multiple accounts being created.
